Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Bismarck branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Pay Base Commission
Duties
- Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills and improve service quality.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among employees.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage schedules, payroll, and shift assignments effectively.
- Implement sales strategies to meet branch goals and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for the branch.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management regarding branch performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
- Strong math skills necessary for managing budgets, payroll, and inventory calculations.
- Proven ability in training development to enhance team capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide staff towards achieving goals.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
