Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide treatment regimens in accordance with state laws and regulations.
- Provide personalized consultations and advanced wellness treatments, including BHRT pellet insertions.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and promptly in electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Stay current with medical advancements and participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
