Position OverviewThe Nurse Manager is a hybrid role that encompasses administrative responsibilities and direct patient care. This leadership position ensures high standards of clinical care, operational efficiency, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, skilled in both patient-centered healthcare and managing a team in a busy medical wellness clinic.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, policies, and state regulations.
- Schedule and supervise nursing and medical staff, including RNs, and MAs.
- Collaborate with the clinic manager and medical director to optimize workflows and patient experience.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and medications, ensuring readiness for all procedures.
- Conduct staff training sessions on new protocols, treatments, and technologies.
- Review patient charts for quality assurance and accuracy.
- Contribute to strategic planning for clinic growth and service improvement.
Patient Care Duties (50%)
- Perform direct patient care, including administering injections (testosterone, vitamins, etc.), IV therapies, and assisting with aesthetic treatments like microneedling and laser hair removal.
- Conduct patient assessments and follow-ups for hormone therapies, weight loss programs, and other wellness treatments.
- Educate patients about treatments, procedures, and post-care instructions.
- Ensure patients’ comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
- Support providers during complex procedures or consultations as needed.
Education & Licensure:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- BLS/ACLS certification required.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting is highly desired.

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
