Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
- Memberships & Retention: Manage patient memberships, billing, and retention strategies.
- Staff Support: Coordinate staff schedules, address team needs, and foster a positive work environment.
- Basic Accounting: Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) with accuracy.
- Payroll Management: Process payroll efficiently and accurately for all staff members.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.
- Organizational Excellence: Maintain high organizational standards and implement effective workflows.
- Proven experience in office or clinic management.
- Strong background in operations, billing, payroll, bookkeeping, and staff coordination.
- High-level organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with accounting processes (AR/AP).
