What are the responsibilities and job description for the Franchise Sales Coordinator position at BFG - Belfor Franchise Group, LLC?
BELFOR Franchise Group is seeking a qualified candidate to support and coordinate franchise sales efforts for many of the franchise brands. This talented individual will not only engage in and support a wide range of online and offline franchise development activities, but also oversee initiatives that drive our brands forward by expanding the number of franchisees in our networks. This position will work in office at the Ann Arbor location.
RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW:
The BELFOR Franchise Group Franchise Development Sales Coordinator will be a key support person for all areas related to the Franchise Sales Team on a daily basis and will help implement events and coordinate plans that benefit franchise growth and expansion. The key responsibilities for the Franchise Development Sales Coordinator position include but are not limited to the following:
Franchise Development Sales Support
- Lead Portal Management
- Assist with territory mapping
- Assist with Franchise Disclosure documents for the legal team
- Assist with paperwork between the potential franchise owner, the sales team, and the legal team
- Assist with franchise naming during the onboarding process
Franchise Development Meetings and Special Events
- Coordinate Logistics for Franchise Sales Conferences, (register, maintain accounting of costs, shipping, printing). Coordinate with travel team for Conference Travel & Logistics.
- Maintain a calendar for all conferences, shows & expos across all brands. Collaborate with Fran Dev Marketing Manager (Packing for Shows & Expos)
- Organize Meet the Team Day events: Assist potential franchise owners with arrangements to the office for meet the team day events to include travel, meals, scheduling with other departments).
Consultant Communications
- Update Consultant Sites – Keeping Contact Information Current for each of our brands

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google products including, but not limited to Microsoft Office and G-Suite products

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fast-paced office environment where temperature, ventilation and lighting are controlled
- Moderate noise level
- Primarily In-office work environment
- Regular use of computer and other office equipment
- Communication with Franchise Development Team, Marketing Team and Franchisees
Special Requirements:
Occasional evening work may at times be necessary to fulfill business needs.
Travel is limited but may be required from time to time.
