District managers will manage multiple stores, ensuring that regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections are consistent across each location, while also overseeing the hiring and training of general managers.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring each stores P&L reports.
- Monitor and maintain acceptable gross margins by marketing and merchandising.
- Complete, review and submit payroll and personnel transaction records in an accurate and timely basis.
- Addressing operational and performance problem that affect profits.
- Monitoring sales performance at each location and controllable metrics.
- Ensuring that the stores under supervision adhere to company and industry regulations.
- Ensuring that all stores meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- In conjunction with general managers; recruit, select, develop and evaluate employees.
Qualifications:
- Five to seven years of store management experience required.
- Experience managing multiple stores.
- Quantitative aptitude and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and lead teams across multiple locations.
- Computer literacy.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Perform such similar, comparable or related duties as may be required or assigned.
