Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients
- Energize and motivate clients throughout class
- Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
- Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Assist sales associates with studio tour and sales as needed
- Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
- Coach classes and keep subbing to a minimum
- Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following
- Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
- Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each
- 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized Personal certification
- Possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification
- 1 years of experience in Strength Training coaching
- High Energy, self motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
- Able to thrive in a group environment
- Passion for boutique fitness
