POSITION :
We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and enhance our market presence.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the fitness industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving business goals.
REQUIREMENTS :
Strategic Planning :Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.Partnership Development :Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, community organizations, and fitness influencers.Negotiate and secure partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with the studio's goals.Lead Generation and Sales :Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, grassroots events, industry conferences, and digital marketing.Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.Customer Relationship Management :Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.Market Analysis :Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and areas for expansion.Monitor industry developments and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Performance Tracking :Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts.Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.Collaboration :Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of new business opportunities.Qualifications :Strong experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with fitness management software is a plus.A passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.Benefits :Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Professional development opportunities.Free or discounted access to studio classes and services.A supportive and dynamic work environment.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
