CertifiedBFW provides turnkey, single‑source FF&E and move management for large‑scale interior projects—often exceeding 2,000,000 sq ft. Headquartered in the Philadelphia Navy Yard (BFW Group), we’re expanding our New York City office and seek a motivated FF&E Project Manager to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules covering planning, design review, product selection, procurement, delivery, installation, and close‑out
• Coordinate showroom/factory visits, mock‑ups, and product evaluations
• Prepare, distribute, and analyze bid packages; negotiate pricing and discounts
• Perform value‑engineering and cost‑benefit analyses
• Manage purchase orders; audit distributor orders against contracts
• Verify site dimensions; coordinate electrical/data layouts
• Oversee warehousing, delivery, installation, and punch‑list workflows
• Conduct field inspections to ensure quality and spec compliance
• Produce progress reports, budget tracking, and risk mitigation plans
• Lead stakeholder meetings; proactively resolve conflicts
• Manage change orders and finalize close‑out documentatio
  
  

Qualifications & Benefits

• 3–5 years’ FF&E or interior construction PM experience
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and FF&E procurement software
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and schedule‑management skills
