While based in the exurbs of Metro Atlanta in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains we work with clients nationwide, and Hyper locally. Our team excels in audio development from podcast and video cast, to events, and media buys. And as of Feb 2025, we will own and operate North Georgia's largest privately owned FM radio group. We seek to create a Chick fi la, Publix atmosphere and culture among employees. While at the same time being as creative and out of the box as the Savannah Bananas.

As you start and build this department, you may be meeting with a major advertising agency, corporate client or local family heating and air company.
Role Description
This is a Full-time hybrid role for a Digital Account Sales/Director at BG AD Group in the North Metro Atlanta Area. The role involves Creating a Digital department that can handle clients SEO, Pay per Click, Social and Audio-Visual needs. This person will develop strategies for our radio and agency partners, help plan media, overseeing projects, implementing integrated marketing solutions, and doing whatever it takes to make your department profitable and successful. You must understand your competition and what positions you to be the best choice. Must have an ability to hit and exceed a logical budget. That budget will be clear and transparent and attainable. Some remote work is possible. Travel around North Georgia is a must. If everything in life to you is black and white. This is not for you. Must live in the gray and understand you can build this position to double or triple the salary in a short time.
