-Average Salesperson - $60,000 Annually
-High is over $100,000 and the low is $60,000
-Extensive Training Period with Salary, Position will eventually move to commission
-Vehicle and Expenses are included

-SUPPORT - Office Staff, Warehouse Staff and Local Sales Manager
-Training - BG University, Distributor Training and On-Site Territory Training
-Protected territory with very little travel
THE TERRITORY
The position is for the Merrillville, Indiana area. The territory has a substantial number of existing accounts; however, growth is expected to come from both expanding existing business and developing new business, this includes cold calling.
QUALIFICATIONS
- We are looking for high quality people to join us. Experience is a plus; however, not required. Past experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Consultant or Technician will help with short term success; however we have many successful employees with no prior experience.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- It takes considerable amounts of time to build and maintain a successful territory, be prepared to invest time /effort into your territory.
- The ability to close the sale by addressing customer concerns and consistently moving the customer toward commitment.
- Be equally at ease talking with an automotive technician as he/she is with the owner of a new car dealership
- Must have an excellent driving record
- Qualified applicant must be able to work as a team or without direct supervision. Either instance requires a self-motivated individual.
- Automotive Technician would excel at this position but not required
