- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services.
- Assist clients with product selections and provide information on services offered.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers in a call center environment.
- Document all interactions in the office system to ensure seamless communication within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
*Skills*
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
-Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and knowledge of Quickbooks.
- Debt Collection: Dealing with customers on past due accounts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
