Key Responsibilities
- Leasing Expertise: Guide prospective residents through tours, application processes, and lease preparation while adhering to regulations.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to resident and prospect inquiries.
- Market Savvy: Conduct market surveys and recommend competitive rental rates.
- Operations Support: Manage CRM leads, maintain lease files, and assist with the move-in/move-out process.
- Community Building: Coordinate resident events, schedule amenities, and foster a vibrant living environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Experience in Sales and proven closing skills preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, administrative, and customer service skills.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Yardi and Entrata is a bonus.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
