We’re seeking a dynamic Market Development Leader to drive growth in pre-engineered building package sales for specialty construction markets. This role offers the opportunity to shape industry direction by working closely with general contractors and key stakeholders to develop large-scale building solutions.

Join a leader in pre-engineered building systems and take ownership of sales pipeline development, contractor relationships, and project execution in high-impact agricultural and industrial construction markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and executing business growth strategies while collaborating with construction professionals to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting general contractors and construction firms.
- Act as a liaison between contractors, end users, and internal teams to drive project development.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships within agricultural and industrial markets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.
- Provide consultative guidance on design recommendations based on market knowledge.
- Assist in estimating, value engineering, and proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
