Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000
The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. - Apply advanced data science techniques, such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and natural language processing, to generate innovative solutions and actionable insights.
- Develop and implement cohort designs to address specific market and client challenges using advanced methodologies.
- Create data-driven frameworks for segmentation, propensity modeling, and optimization to enhance marketing performance.
- Leverage platforms like IQVIA, Komodo, PurpleLab, and Symphony Health to integrate and analyze diverse datasets, delivering a 360-degree view of the market and customers.
- Performance Measurement and Client Growth
- Design and implement metrics and KPIs to assess the success of campaigns and brand strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize marketing performance and measure ROI, using advanced analytics and data science to inform future strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to support client success and ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Drive inline growth by identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients and delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions.
- Leadership and Analytics Practice Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Develop the analytics practice by incorporating applied data science methods and establishing best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for advanced healthcare analytics.
- Serve as a thought leader and resource for internal teams and clients, enhancing the organization’s analytics and data science capabilities.
- Data Translation and Literacy

- Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing performance, evaluate ROI, and create frameworks for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring data analysts and data scientists, with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team.
