What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at BGC, Inc.?
Case manager for children and/or adults within middle TN, especially in areas around Columbia and Lewisburg, although also in counties surrounding Davidson. Must maintain contact with individuals and families virtually and, on occasion, physically go to visit them. Prefer experience with folks who have disabilities. Must be organized, even-handed, and committed to real work with families. Strong computer skills within various systems required.
