Qualifications
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Three years of recruiting experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as ability to work well with others
- Very proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
- Experience with federal contracts preferred
- Works with stakeholders to ensure all recruiting needs are clear and correct
- Writes and Posts Job Descriptions and Opportunities
- Conducts searches for candidates based on contract requirements, to include online, over the phone, and at job fairs, etc.
- Oversees the application process, maintains all applications and audits the applicant tracking system
- Sends out prescreen interviews to candidates in a timely manner
- Schedules and completes initial interview with candidates
- Sets up follow up interviews with qualified candidates with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or hiring manager
- Acts as point of contact (POC) for candidates, including conducting prescreens, phone or virtual interviews, and other forms of communication until a hire is made
- Ensures all candidates understand the job description and requirements
- Ensures all candidates are properly credentialed
- Follows up all candidates in a timely manner
- Keeps accurate records and maintains information in the Applicant Tracking System
- Aids Bgesh, Incorporated’s HR Department in transitioning candidates to employees, once hiring decisions have been made
- Ensures Application has been completed, prescreen questions answered
- Conducts preliminary new-hire orientation under the supervision of HR
