QUALIFICATIONS:
DEGREE/EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree required
EXPERIENCE:
-
Five (5) or more years of professional experience as a program manager.
-
Seven (7) or more years of professional experience as a program manager in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
-
Must have measurable experience analyzing and preparing documentation.
- Must have documented commercial or military management experience supervising finance related work

U.S. Citizenship: Workers performing under this contract must be US Citizens

Documented experience working with the Department of Defense Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) or comparable regulation

Must have a clear background in order to obtain security clearance and a CAC
-
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills

Effectively use correct grammar and spelling in all written communications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications
DUTIES:
-
Responsible for management and oversight of contractor/subcontractor work performance
-
Serve as a point of contact for all customer relations with the COR
-
Responsible for resolving all quality, timeliness, and accuracy issues with contractor and subcontractor work and performance
-
Make verbal contact with the COR or Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) within 60 minutes of the COR’s or TPOC’s contact in the event of emergencies
-
Support strategic planning of the operational impact of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, property conversions, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts
-
Support all aspects of business intelligence to include reporting, analytics, dashboards, data warehousing, data integration, data mapping, data management, data governance, archiving, security, and metadata management

Support metrics collection and reporting, triage support, interaction with the multiple systems under the MEBO’s purview
- Support the planning, analysis, transformation, and migration of data and associated systems
