Machine Operator/Assembler

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and a strong understanding of production processes. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines, milling machines, and other factory equipment to produce high-quality components.
• Perform setup and adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify any issues or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with the assembly line team to ensure seamless production flow.
• Utilize SolidWorks for design modifications and process improvements as needed.
• Implement GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles in the production process.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and milling machines.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks for design purposes.
• Knowledge of GD&T standards for quality control.
• Experience working on an assembly line or in a factory setting.
• Ability to operate press machinery and perform welding tasks as required.
• Understanding of logic controllers for machine operation.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
