About the Role
This critical role will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and fostering a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic talent management plans to meet business objectives, focusing on recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring timely reporting and analysis of key metrics.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Provide expert guidance on policy administration, addressing complex and sensitive issues with tact and discretion.
- Supervise the preparation and maintenance of essential HR documents, including offer letters, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, supplemented by a minimum of five years of human resource management experience in manufacturing, preferably.
- Alternatively, 10 years of direct HR leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desired.
