The Opportunity: The Coordinator will oversee the information and document flow for all fund and property transactions, major property decisions, letters of credit, investor requests and auditor requests. This position will be a coordinating hub between investor reporting, valuations, portfolio management and sales/fundraising functions.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate annual budget, business plan and site inspection deliverables from to NewTower Trust, in adherence to NewTower Trust policy.
- Manage letters of credit held by NewTower Trust pursuant to the policy, working with letter of credit administration team.
- Work with transactions team to ensure that all transaction documentation is completed and correct with the correct entities.
- Work with portfolio and asset management teams on coordinating NewTower approval for major decisions on a portfolio and property level.
- Serve as point person with NewTower legal counsel for update and maintenance of corporate records and books.
- Serve as point person for auditors in coordinating information flow and delivery pursuant to auditor requests.
- Work as liaison between the NewTower, fundraising team and fund accounting team to fulfill investor and audit requests pursuant to fund requirements and guidelines.
- Work with valuations and asset management teams to coordinate deliverables for the preparation and completion of quarterly appraisals.
- Provide production and writing support to portfolio management team for quarterly and annual reporting.
- Provide administration support to NewTower team for meeting scheduling and expense processing.
- Special and ad hoc projects, as assigned
- In executing all such responsibilities, act in an appropriate fiduciary manner on behalf of NewTower Trust Company’s clients and comply with NewTower Trust Company’s policies.
Who You Are:
- 1- 2 years of professional experience in corporate administration, preferably in commercial real estate.
- 2 or 4 year degree preferred in business administration, communication or similar major
- Will need to become a notary public in the State of Maryland
