Company Description
BGS Security Division is a family-owned and operated Security Company with origins in Romania, Europe, excited to expand its operations to the United States. The company is now based in Old Bridge, NJ, with a focus on providing top-notch security solutions to individuals and business owners in New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative at BGS Security Division. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting security products and services, generating leads, and closing sales. Ideally, most of this work will be performed remotely, with Sales Representatives actively going out into their communities and introducing BGS Security Division, as well as creating an open line of communication in order to gain client trust and business.
Please Note, although the Office location is in Old Bridge, New Jersey, we are actively hiring in New York and Connecticut as well. Daily commutes to Old Bridge office is NOT required.
Qualifications
- Sales experience, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of security products and services (Not Required)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the security industry is a plus
