OPPORTUNITY for Apartment Maintenance Supervisors!
Do you enjoy managing a team? Do you have HVAC experience? Do you have maintenance knowledge & skills? We have the job for you! The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and the ability to lead a team to complete a service schedule. You will be able to complete any / all service requests, including HVAC & Pool repair.
Maintenance Supervisor Job Duties
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair common apartment service requests
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair and schedule large community maintenance projects
- Schedule apartment turns and maintenance
- Plumbing & electrical experience preferred
- HVAC / Boiler Experience preferred
- Change / repair light bulbs, locks
- Must be able to install and repair appliances
- Exterior / Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair
- Ability to perform pressure washing, groundskeeping, leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots
