BGSF is representing a growing $200MM tech services firm in Irving, TX with exciting acquisition activity seeking to hire Accounting Manager. Stable company with strong capital backed by a public company!

Hybrid work model: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting
Masters degree a plus
CPA a plus
4 years of experience (inclusive of managing, hiring, and training staff)
Combo Big 4/regional audit firm industry experience highly preferred
GAAP (IFRS a plus)
Consolidation experience of multiple entities
Lease Accounting
Acquisition experience
