What You'll Do:
- Lead the financial and operational activities of the department, including team leadership, process improvement, and strategic planning.

What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of progressive leadership in finance or healthcare analytics, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of operational benchmarking, labor productivity, cost accounting, budgeting, and healthcare financial analysis.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
