Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch functions in line with operational standards.
- Oversee title processing, scheduling, closings, and post-closing activities.
- Coordinate with departments such as construction, sales, finance, and mortgage to ensure seamless workflows.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and respond to client feedback.
- Monitor audits and implement necessary process improvements.
- Safeguard escrow funds and ensure accurate, compliant closings.
- Develop and manage branch budgets focused on cost control and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and industry partners.
- Stay current on industry regulations and competitor offerings.
- Promote branch involvement in community events and uphold company values.
- Maintain branch security and audit readiness.
- Identify and manage operational risks.
- Handle other duties as needed.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Ensure proper staffing and lead recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:
Education & Licensing:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
- Active Escrow Officer License required, Notary Public preferred.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in escrow/title operations.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of RESPA and settlement regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SoftPro experience a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage priorities across multiple locations and teams.
