BGSF has partnered with a company seeking to hire for position of FP&A Manager.
Location in Lafayette, Louisiana with full onsite work model.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- MBA and / or CPA preferred
- Minimum 8-10 yrs of experience in finance and accounting or operational roles
- Minimum 2 years in senior level financial management roles, partnering with operations management
- Proficiency in finance and accounting systems (e.g. ERP, Hyperion, One Stream)
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality work product timely
