Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team in Verona, WI. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in creating a welcoming community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours for prospective residents, showcasing apartment features and community amenities
- Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with leads to help achieve occupancy goals
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, including completing applications, gathering documentation, and conducting screenings
- Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure availability information is up-to-date
- Collaborate with the property management team to support marketing initiatives, community events, and resident engagement activities
- Provide high-quality customer service to residents, promptly addressing questions and concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills; experience with leasing software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
