Key Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership and Management :
Supervise, train, and support a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality work. Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide performance feedback.
Assist in hiring, scheduling, and developing maintenance staff to meet the property's needs.
2. Maintenance and Repair Oversight : Coordinate and perform property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
Ensure that all emergency repairs are completed promptly and efficiently. Inspect and evaluate maintenance needs regularly, setting schedules for preventive upkeep to reduce long-term issues.
3. Budget and Inventory Management :
Track maintenance expenses and adhere to budget guidelines, reporting on costs and identifying areas for cost savings. Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available and functional.
Oversee vendor contracts, approve invoices, and verify the quality of outsourced work.
