What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Specialist position at BGSF?
BGSF has partnered with a logistics company in Houston, and they are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This position will be responsible for processing multi-state payroll in ADP Workforce Now for approximately 500 employees. Additional must-haves include the following:
- Multi-state payroll processing with ADP experience
- Experience with Intermediate Excel functions - pivot tables and v-lookups
- Prepare payroll reports for management
- Experience with year-end payroll and payroll taxes
Ideally seeking recent graduates with 2-3 years of entry level payroll or accounting experience that are willing to be trained.
