Job Title: Production Analyst
Location: Hybrid (2x per week); Baltimore, MD (Owings Mills)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Overview:
We're looking for a Production Analyst with a strong mix of technical expertise and business insight to support and enhance critical applications. This role is ideal for someone experienced with PaaS or client/server environments, and who also has a background in content management, PDF creation, or font-related technologies.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and maintain business-critical applications across client/server and PaaS platforms
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Evaluate changes and new solutions through ROI and cost-benefit analysis
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes and enhancements
- Help manage workflows related to digital content, including PDFs and font licensing
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in systems/application support or business analysis
- Strong understanding of PaaS or client/server application environments
- Background in content management tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)
- Experience with PDF tools (like PitStop Pro) and font licensing platforms
- Ability to read code at a basic level and understand technical workflows
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure (on-prem cloud)
- Familiarity with incident and problem management best practices
