Job Title: Project Analyst
Location: Sugar Land, Texas (On-site with hybrid option after 90 days)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $70k–$85k (plus potential)
Overview: We are seeking a highly energetic, detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our growing team in Sugar Land. In this role, you will be responsible for financial analysis, proforma development, budget oversight, and market research for major development projects. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Founders, and other teams involved in large-scale developments, including a project twice the size of Town Square.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial components of development deals and create proformas throughout the predevelopment process.
- Communicate business assumptions clearly and effectively with the team.
- Collaborate with project accountants to ensure accurate expense allocations and job cost tracking.
- Provide budget updates during development meetings and ensure project alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, or accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills required (modeling and analysis), experience with Sage is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with stakeholders, consultants, and teams.
