Job Title : Project Manager - Portfolio Management Analytics
Position : 12 Month Contract
Location : Full-Time Onsite; San Antonio, TX
Our client seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Portfolio Management Analytics (PMA) team. This role focuses on managing enterprise-wide projects and ensuring successful execution through budget oversight, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines . The Project Manager will drive project governance, process improvements, and strategic alignment while collaborating with business units, IT, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Governance & Execution – Manage PMA projects, ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timelines while making data-driven decisions.
- Process Standardization & Best Practices – Develop and implement project management best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Project Coordination – Lead teams through the project lifecycle, resolving day-to-day issues, keeping projects on schedule, and optimizing workflows.
- Strategic Alignment – Support project planning and execution to align with business objectives, maximizing resource utilization while minimizing risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
