Commercial Property Management Company has an immediate opening for a full-time property accountant & accounts payable support within the company. We are seeking a customer service-minded individual with previous experience in accounting. This is a very hands-on position where the individual will deal with day-to-day operations as it relates to all accounting functions. In addition, this person will be dealing with the owners of each center and will be responsible for interaction with owners and tenants of the shopping centers.

Qualifications
- Effective communicator.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Two - five years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel worksheets.
- Experience in Skyline Accounting Software for Property Management and accounting background in real estate industry a bonus, but not required.

- Annual Property Budgets
- Monthly Financial Reports for Property Owners
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Cash Flow Forecasting
- A/R and A/P Reporting
- A/P Support
