Overview:
Our client, in the Oil and Gas Industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing project financials, including P&L, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a candidate who can effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders while ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Required Skills and Experience
- Project Management: 5-10 years managing complex projects with proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
- Master Data Expertise: In-depth knowledge of system master data, data collection, data cleansing, and system data setup requirements.
- SAP Systems: Extensive hands-on experience in system configuration, implementation, and integration of SAP systems.
- Technical Integration: Demonstrated experience with ERP migration projects and M&A integration initiatives.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficiency with SmartSheets for project tracking and management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders from multiple functional areas, including suppliers, customers, and technical teams.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear, effective interactions with cross-functional teams.
