We’re looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support platform development, integration, and optimization efforts in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This role involves hands-on scripting, automation, and configuration across key ServiceNow modules.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).
- Implement integrations using REST APIs and automation tools.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with best practices.
- Support roadmap planning and client-facing technical discussions.
🧠 Required Skills:
- Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript or similar)
- Familiarity with Angular/React, REST, and DevOps practices
- Agile development experience (SAFe, Scrum)
- Public Trust Clearance (or ability to obtain)
🌟 Preferred:
- Broad ServiceNow module experience (e.g., SAM, BIA, CM)
- Knowledge of PaaS/SaaS environments
- Federal project experience
