Role: Solution Architect / Senior Developer (ServiceNow)
Location: On-site, 5 days/week – Woodlawn, MD
Clearance: Must be eligible for Public Trust
Contract
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree 7 years’ experience
- 8 years: ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR)
- 5 years: Solutions architecture & integrations
- 3 years: Leading development teams
- Experience with Federal Government clients
- Strong communication skills
Must-Have Certifications
At least one of:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Master Architect
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Application Developer
- CIS in at least one area (e.g. CSM, ITSM, Discovery, SPM, SAM, HAM, etc.)
Bonus Skills
- JavaScript, Angular, .NET, Java, PHP
- REST/SOAP integrations
- LDAP, Active Directory, SAML
- Experience with Agile, requirements management
- ITILv4, Agile, or PMP certification
Responsibilities
- Define ServiceNow strategies with clients
- Plan and execute agile development work
- Lead a team of developers delivering ServiceNow-based solutions
- Ensure solutions meet customer expectations
