Senior Strategic Planning Analyst
Position Overview :
The team works closely with business and operational units across the company to :
o develop long term operational and financial plans,
o analyze company performance,
o monitor and interpret sector developments,
o review portfolio opportunities, and
o generally assist in the continued development of
Our client is interviewing potential new members of its Strategic Planning team. The position provides outstanding exposure to senior management and the biggest decisions of a major global energy corporation . The position is expected to serve as a natural stepping stone into a variety of management roles.
- Experience :
A background in analytical roles in the oil and gas industry or related activities in consulting or investment banking is required . Candidates with Bachelors or MBA are considered.
Requirements for the position are a highly analytical mindset, the ability to manage detailed financial and operational data modeling, excellent communication and presentation skills, a keen interest in the inner workings of the oil and gas industry, and a team-oriented, can-do attitude.
