BGSR is on the hunt for a motivated and mechanically savvy Field Service Technician to support our growing service network. In this hands-on field role, you'll take charge of troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, especially large conveyor pizza ovens. Whether you're already experienced or just naturally good with tools and diagnostics, we'll help you level up with training and certifications. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, with a focus on conveyor pizza ovens and similar commercial kitchen equipment.
- Perform high-quality repairs using hand tools, diagnostic tools, and schematics.
- Replace parts and ensure safe, spec-compliant equipment operation.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Maintain accurate service records via mobile applications.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients during service visits.
- Follow all safety standards and field protocols.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of hands-on field experience in equipment repair or a related role.
- Solid troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems. (Preferred)
- Ability to read schematics and utilize diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy tools and equipment.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Technical certifications related to mechanical/electrical repair.
- Preventative maintenance program experience.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required based on customer needs)
- On-Call schedule required after training
