We are seeking motivated and hardworking General Laborers to join our excavation crew. In this role, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation and trenching tasks
- Operate hand tools and small machinery
- Prepare and maintain job sites for excavation work
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Help with clearing debris and maintaining a clean work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed
- Perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and digging
Qualifications:
- 2 years Previous experience in construction or excavation
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- 45 day Probationary Period
Travel Required and Compensated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
