Job Summary
We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! We are seeking an Experienced Pool Service Technician who has a broad knowledge of pool service including start ups, opening and closings, pool schools, chemical testing and water balancing, weekly cleaning, etc. Experience in warranty work a plus (diagnose, repair and replace swimming pool equipment). Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner and garner 5 star reviews. Knowledge of electrical wiring and pvc plumbing experience required. Programming of Hayward Omni logics and other controllers. Must be able to change pool motors and control panels and diagnose minor electrical issues.
This is a salary position with the possibility of earning bonuses and commissions. High School Diploma / GED required. Must be able to oversee contractors and to work some Saturdays during the Spring and Summer months as well as willing to work with our construction crews during the winter months.
Valid VA driver's license and a DMV driving record report required. Background check will be performed. Company truck and phone provided (for qualified employees). Must be able to perform physical duties (lifting, bending and kneeling while working on equipment - 50lb lift). Ability to work in all weather conditions required. Self-motivated, mechanically inclined, organized, team player, quick learner and communication skills a must. Only EXPERIENCED pool technicians should apply.
