SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

POSITION
The Architectural Designer will report to the Executive Managing Director, Asset Management.
LOCATION
We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This position will work during US Pacific business hours .
DUTIES
- Prepare tenant improvement schematic floor plans as required by prospect tenants.
- Create renderings for building exterior and interior improvements.
- Prepare tenant improvement design and / or develop a set of drawings for permit.
- Prepare basic structural construction details.
- Transform existing pdf / jpg floor plans / site plans / designs into working CAD documents.
- Create marketing flyers for properties.
- Design leasing banners and signs.
- Assist in updating and maintaining Company website’s design as requested.
