Responsibilities

· Safely transport clients to various destinations while ensuring punctuality and comfort.

· Maintain a thorough knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and potential detours, providing efficient travel options.

· Demonstrate exceptional customer service by anticipating the needs of clients and addressing any requests promptly and courteously.

· Inspect and maintain the vehicle regularly to ensure it is clean, fueled, and in optimal working condition at all times.

· Assure confidentiality and discretion regarding clients' personal information and travel details.

· Assist clients with luggage and any other items as needed, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

· Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while promoting safety and professionalism throughout each journey.,

· Monitor client schedules and communicate with dispatch and other staff to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

· Follow company standard operating procedures.

Requirements

· Experience as a chauffeur or in a similar role is preferred.

· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

· Strong knowledge of local, regional, and national traffic regulations and safety procedures.

· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact politely and professionally with high-profile clients.

· Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in high-pressure or unpredictable situations while ensuring client satisfaction.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by client schedules.

· Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the values of a luxury transportation service.

· Must pass background and drug test as required by the California Public Utilities Commission and the US Department of Transportation.
