Sr Risk Management Analyst (RMA)

Position :  Sr. Risk Management AnalystLocation :  RemoteEmployment Type :  ContractImportant :  This position is contingent upon contract award, with an expected start date of May 1, 2025.As an expert-level Risk Management Analyst, you will conduct in-depth evaluations of organizational risks, develop governance frameworks, and lead compliance initiatives. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform internal / external IT audits and risk assessments for compliance, financial operations, data privacy, and cybersecurity.Utilize and administer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and tools.Develop and maintain Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) plans, policies, and procedures.Provide consultations and training on risk management, audits, and compliance.Analyze independent audit reports to identify, report, and track findings and anomalies.Evaluate IT general computing controls to ensure regulatory compliance.Prepare, present, and submit deliverables to meet regulatory requirements.Minimum Requirements12 years of professional experience as an IT auditor or risk management analyst.Associates degree in Risk Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Cybersecurity, or a related field (Bachelors or Masters degree preferred).Extensive experience in developing and implementing GRC frameworks and ERM plans.Strong background in regulatory compliance, audit report analysis, and training delivery.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Health Exchange regulatory audits or partners.Knowledge of MARS-E, IRS 1075, and NIST 800-53 frameworks.Certifications such as CIA, COSO-ERM, CISA, CISM, or CISSP.Previous experience with Big-Four audit firms.Proficiency in tools like ZenGRC, Jira, Confluence, and SolarWinds.Legal DisclaimerBH Zion is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
