Outcomes
- Own and take ownership of the design function with minimal instruction
- Supports graphic design and some photography (with some light needs from the Content Producer)
- Work with marketing and sales to establish clear Branding for our New Product Introductions (NPIs) to the market
- Support the sales team through Figma and Canva to create editable tools for events, pitches, and in-store displays.
- Manage a queue of design requests that come in from across the organization
- Interact 1:1 with C-level executives to create key pitch decks
- Maintain a suite of templates to make sure all materials are consistent with brand guidelines
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Design and guide the implementation of various brand websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns
- Development of product labels and packaging concepts and see through production
- Manage print material strategies for sales, marketing, and events
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to create visually appealing marketing assets, web designs, presentations, and sales materials.
- Photography skills – Product and Lifestyle Focus or willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining creativity.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles (depending on job requirements).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work and creative projects is often required for evaluation.
