IOP Clinician
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for facilitating daily groups with an assigned caseload of children/adolescents and other duties assigned by IOP Supervisor.
Accountable and responsible for the following results:
- Maintain current clinical records for assigned caseload in accordance with program policies and as directed by Program Coordinator.
- Maintain regular collateral contact with parents, schools and other programs.
- Prepare reports and evaluations for other agencies or providers as required.
- Maintain records of client’s progress within program level system.
- Provide structured, intensive group therapy in accordance with program policy to assigned caseload of children.
- Provide clinical consultation to schools and various community resources, as well as to Clinic staff and other programs in the Center.
- Participate in in-service training seminars for staff
- Assist in supervision of graduate students completing training in the program.
- Discharge planning for assigned caseload in collaboration with the Program Coordinator, Director of Clinical Services and Staff Psychiatrist.
- May be required to use own vehicle on company business.
- Attends training sessions, workshops, seminars as requested by supervisor, or as needed for professional development, or as required for accreditation or licensing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related mental health field required

Professional CT Licensure required (LCSW highly preferred, will consider licensed eligible LMSW or other mental health license (e.g., LPC).

A minimum of one year’s experience working with children or adolescents in mental/behavioral health related setting. Experience is not required to be post graduate.

Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).
PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE /CERTIFICATIONS
- Professional CT Licensure required (LCSW highly preferred, will consider licensed eligible LMSW or other mental health license (e.g., LPC).
Salary : $60,196 - $84,234
