Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily group therapy sessions for an assigned caseload of children and adolescents, following program guidelines.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and track client progress in accordance with program policies.
- Coordinate with parents, schools, and community resources to support client needs and ensure effective communication.
- Deliver structured group therapy and provide clinical consultation to schools, agencies, and internal staff.
- Prepare reports and evaluations as required by external agencies or providers.

Qualifications
- Professional CT Licensure required (LCSW highly preferred, will consider licensed eligible LMSW or other mental health license (e.g., LPC).
- A minimum of one year’s experience working with children or adolescents in mental/behavioral health related setting. Experience is not required to be post graduate.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).
Salary : $60,200
