Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents? We are seeking a dedicated Children’s IOP Clinician to join our team and provide intensive outpatient therapy services to children and adolescents in need of support.

BH care is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that offers a comprehensive and integrated system of care with wrap-around services for adults, children and families struggling with mental health, substance use, domestic violence, and other health-risk behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily group therapy sessions for an assigned caseload of children and adolescents, following program guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and track client progress in accordance with program policies.
  • Coordinate with parents, schools, and community resources to support client needs and ensure effective communication.
  • Deliver structured group therapy and provide clinical consultation to schools, agencies, and internal staff.
  • Prepare reports and evaluations as required by external agencies or providers.

The salary for this position starts at $60,200 and is commensurate with experience, with higher compensation available based on qualifications and years of experience.

Qualifications

  • Professional CT Licensure required (LCSW highly preferred, will consider licensed eligible LMSW or other mental health license (e.g., LPC).
  • A minimum of one year’s experience working with children or adolescents in mental/behavioral health related setting. Experience is not required to be post graduate.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. Must be able to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR).

Salary : $60,200
