Transportation Worker Identification required (TWIC).

Responsibilities
This role reports to the Manager-Technical Services. The successful candidate will:
- Provide leadership to the records and design employees and is responsible for the record management systems, including document control filing and records management in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain plant files; this includes indexing filing retrieving and updating of all documents and prints access control to records and quality assurance of records.
- Supervise and evaluate existing and potential uses of records management technology.
- Develop applications to meet business requirements mandated by regulators.
- Supervise and maintain records facilities including scanning clerical personnel and contractors.
- Evaluate engineering and projects supporting documents to verify conformance to industry standards company procedures and applicable codes.
- Audit and inspect records for conformity.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations, related codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with operations, engineering and IT support.
- Proficient personal computer skills.
