Job Description
This exciting career opportunity involves conducting hands-on technical training and operator qualification portions of the new hire training program.
Responsibilities
- • Maintain technical subject matter expertise and understanding of current business processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas of technical (operational) expertise.
• Work with contractors to ensure operator qualification and drug and alcohol plan compliance in a timely manner.
• Consult with business partners to clarify and define work procedures and processes, and develops and documents new work procedures and processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update/develop training to meet standards.
This role requires individuals with in-depth knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design, proficiency in equipment operation/troubleshooting, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
