About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Innovator to join our team at BHERenewables. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting projects and research to support the safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective recovery of minerals from geothermal brine with a focus on lithium.
The Research and Development Innovator will apply technical expertise to complex problems and develop process enhancements and solutions. They will work closely with senior research and development directors to advance lithium and mineral recovery and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development projects to support mineral recovery from geothermal brine
- Apply technical expertise to complex problems and develop process enhancements and solutions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
